關注長洲救護車輛不足事宜

黎局長：

關注長洲救護車輛不足事宜

本人接獲市民反映，長洲的救護車輛嚴重不足，長期只有一輛救護車駐守執勤，對長洲居民的性命安全毫無保障。

長洲現時人口約為二萬三千人，加上假日到島上旅遊人口極多，全日單靠一架救護車執勤，明顯極為不足。就以上週六（九月十四日）的個案為例，短短兩小時內先後發生兩宗需召喚救護車的個案，分別為上午十時半的墮海事件及十二時二十三分的中暑事件，但第二宗事件，救護人員於接報後的十七分鐘，即十二時四十分才抵達現場，較服務承諾的十二分鐘略遲。

就此，本人希望 閣下能儘快跟進長洲救護車不足的事宜，另希望 閣下向本人提供以下資料，包括 現時全港各區平均的執勤救護車與人口比例為何？保安局是否有計劃改善及增加於比例較高地區的救護車計劃，如有，計劃如何；如否，原因為何？
