限聚50人無科學根據 政府藉防疫打壓七一遊行

政府今日宣布放寬限聚令，群組聚集人數上限增至50人，並撤銷食肆每枱人數限制。公民黨立法會議員郭家麒認為做法奇怪，所有餐飲業處所的人數不設上限，卻限制群眾聚集人數，批評政府措施並無科學根據，只為政治打壓七一遊行及示威集會。

郭家麒指出，世界衛生組織在5月29日發表對公眾聚集的建議指引，並沒有提及要限制50人，質疑政府有何根據要限聚50人。他又說，有本港專家建議政府取消限聚令，惟政府選擇性聽取意見，根本沒有依科學根據辦事，只為政治打壓。
他認為，婚宴及宴會屬高危場所，現時人數不設上限，親友會除口罩聊天、互相敬酒、拍照留念等，難以保持社交距離。若政府認為高危活動都可以無限制，即是不必要維持限聚令。他舉例稱，港鐵一個車廂已有300人，限聚令形同虛設，但政府不顧各方或專家意見，「司馬昭之心，路人皆知」。
至於粵港澳互認健康碼方面，郭家麒稱北京最近新增本地確診個案，源頭未明，可能已擴散至其他地區，顯示內地仍有疫情爆發風險。他認為，現階段未適合以健康碼豁免強制檢疫，避免打開防疫缺口。
