陳光誠再有兄長被騷擾
黑衣人施襲  郭榮鏗表示遺憾

著名失明維權人士陳光誠的家人一直受到中國政府官員不同形式的騷擾及傷害，繼有陳光誠的侄子陳克貴去年被黑箱審理之後，陳光誠的母親、兄長陳光軍上月也被檢察院無理逮捕。今天（5月9日）上午，陳光誠另一位兄長陳光福騎電單車到距離自己家不遠處，突然被一輛沒有車牌的黑色房車截停，更有兩名黑衣人從車內走出來追打陳光福，猶幸陳光福最終僥倖逃脫。及後陳光福報警求助，並要求當地公安追捕涉案人士，但當局拒絕受理。黑衣人可以視法律如無物，在無須負上任何責任下作出違法行為，令人質疑該等行動受到當地官方授意。

對於陳光誠的家人接二連三受到騷擾，當局不但毫不理會，甚至以報復陳光誠心態來對待其家人。就此，公民黨法律界議員郭榮鏗表示遺憾，促請中央政府責成所有官員停止一切對陳光誠家人的騷擾或侵害，並責成陳光誠家人所居地的官員徹查侵擾陳光誠家人的事件，保障陳光誠家人的人身及財產安全，及在憲法下應有的權利。
