陳光誠母親、兄長突被無理逮捕 郭榮鏗表示極度遺憾

著名失明維權人士陳光誠繼有侄子陳克貴去年被黑箱審理之後，陳光誠的家人數日來一直受騷擾，日前更有一些暴徒翻牆進入他們的廚房大肆破壞。據報，今天下午陳光誠的母親任宗舉女士，更突然被臨沂市沂南縣檢察院人員以懷疑她窩藏疑犯為由而逮捕。同時，陳光誠的兄長陳光軍也接到檢察院的來電，要求他到檢察院匯報，形同逮捕。

對於當局無理拘捕任宗舉女士及陳光軍，用近似對待陳光誠同樣的報復心態來對待其家人，公民黨法律界議員郭榮鏗表示極度遺憾，並希望中央政府能就當地官員針對陳光誠家人的侵害行為進行調查，保障陳光誠家人在憲法下應有的權利。
