陳家洛公開信：關注越南國內針對華人的行動

關注越南國內針對華人的行動

 本人近日從不同的傳媒得悉  貴國國內廣泛地區發生針對華人的騷亂，不少華資企業包括港資或台資的企業均受衝擊，造成平民傷亡及嚴重的財物損失。為此，本人特致函  閣下表達本人對事件的強烈關注。

本人盼望  貴國政府能夠採取所有有效措施，保護所有前往  貴國旅遊的遊客、旅居  貴國的海外僑民，特別是華僑的人身和財產安全。另一方面，近日的騷亂事件已經對不少投資者的投資意欲構成負面影響，本人促請  貴國政府立即採取措施保障所有投資者的合法權益。

本人認為國與國之間的領土主權爭議應聚焦在外交層面，透過國際間的協商解決，而不應該影響民間的投資和其他方面的交流，更不應傷害平民的人身和私有財產的安全。盼望  閣下能詳細向  貴國政府反映本人的意見，並採取一切可行的跟進措施，協助求助的香港市民。
