陳家洛向立法會秘書長查詢議員助理拍攝示威情況安排

議員助理拍攝示威情況安排

本人的助理及其他議員助理今天(一月十七日)嘗試於立法會綜合大樓外的示威區外拍攝本人及其他議員參與請願的情況時，被立法會的保安指不能在示威區外拍攝。當數名助理希望進入記者採訪區進行拍攝時，立法會的保安卻加以阻止，並要求助理於一個根本無法進行有效拍攝的位置拍照，並著議員助理使用立法會秘書處攝影同事拍攝的示威照片。

本人認為各議員助理獲得立法會秘書處簽發許可證，應該可以在立法會綜合大樓大部份範圍自由出入以協助議員工作。惟立法會保安人員多番阻撓議員助理處理其合理職責，實在於理不合。立法會工作人員要求議員助理使用官用的相片，亦未必能夠達到預期的效果。因此，本人對屬下職員及其他議員助理遭不合理對待表示失望。

為此，本人特致函  閣下，要求立法會秘書處及行政管理委員會詳細調查及跟進此事，並採取措施便利各議員及其助理執行正常的拍攝工作。同時，本人必須強調立法會秘書處不應因着某一特定人士的保安需要，對已獲許可人士的活動施加無謂的額外限制。盼望  閣下能盡快嚴肅處理此事，並積極作出跟進。順祝
