陳家洛呼籲市民向城規會提意見 反對政府在前李惠利學院用地建豪宅

陳家洛呼籲向城規會提意見

公民黨立法會議員陳家洛，聯同其餘八個機構聯署信念書，反對政府申請把前李惠利工業學院南側用地劃為住宅用途的申請，要把該幅土地作教育用途。聯署呼籲關注事件的市民把握機會，於四月十五日或之前向城市規劃委員會遞交意見書，並安排時間出席城規會就有關申請召開的會議進行發言，以向城規會充份表達自己的意見。

陳家洛表示，是次行動要向政府說不，向陳茂波說不，更是在現行城規機制下進行的抗爭。他認為政府提出在2013-2014年度將會有25,800個住宅單位的土地供應，前李惠利用地僅可提供數百個單位，屬九牛一毛，即使把該地段劃為教育用途，亦不會出現明顯的影響。另一方面，陳認為政府至今未能提出興建豪宅對交通和景觀構成的影響，強行興建豪宅只會激化社區的矛盾。
