陳家洛回應張志剛晉身教資會事宜

缺乏相關資歷背景  維護學術自由成疑
張志剛晉身教資會顯梁班子無人

政府當局今天公佈委任行政會議成員張志剛為大學教育資助委員會委員，本人認為此項委任將引起高等教育界和學術界的極大疑慮，也突顯梁振英已經不能延攬人才擔任重要公職。本人認為：

1.  張本身的學術和研究背景欠奉，亦沒有擔任大學管治機構職位的經驗，在學術界形同外行；由外行人出任教資會委員的職務並不適當；

2.  張志剛曾撰文公開批評香港大學民意研究計劃進行的民意研究，卻沒有在學術方法的層面提出令學界信納的評論。捍衛學術自由及院校自主方面，張的任命令人憂慮是意料中事；

3.  在學術地位和經驗比張優勝的公眾人物大有人在，梁振英卻未能邀請對高等教育發展更有見地和願景的人選加入教資會，是繼中央政策組強行奪取研資會二千萬公共政策研究撥款後，政府不尊重學術界意見的表現。
