陳家洛就「十．一海難」的跟進提出休會待續議案

陳秘書長：

就「十．一海難」的跟進提出休會待續議案

十月一日，南丫島對開海面發生本港四十一年以來最嚴重的海難，不幸造成三十九人罹難，八十多人受傷。近日市民對是次海難的跟進，特別是事故肇因及責任的調查工作極為關注。為此，本人認為立法會必須作出積極和即時的行動，跟進是次海難。

本人建議按照《議事規則》第16(4)條，動議一項休會待續議案，以就上述海難的跟進工作進行討論，並邀請相關的政府官員出席有關會議作出回應。有關措辭如下：

「本會現即休會待續，以就十．一海難的跟進工作進行討論。」

本人理解現時立法會主席尚未選出，未能裁決本人提出的建議。本人希望  閣下能把此函件，於選出立法會主席後立即轉交予新一屆的主席進行裁決和作出安排，並接納本人不遲於2012年10月17日的立法會會議上動議有關議案。同時，本人亦會去信內務委員會及所有立法會議員說明提出此休會辯論的因由。

盼望  閣下能盡快跟進上述建議，並作出適當的安排。
