陳家洛就「嶺大超收」事宜發信給教育局局長

吳局長 ：
嶺南大學社區學院及嶺南大學持續進修學院超收事宜

嶺南大學社區學院(LUCC)及嶺南大學持續進修學院(LIFE)涉超收學生事件，已經引起兩間大專院校的學生及各學生組織的關注。根據傳媒報道，嶺南大學校長已表示會積極跟進此事，並成立獨立委員會跟進超收學生導致校園設施嚴重不足及學生被迫削減課時的情況。本人認為  貴局作為所有教育機構的規管架構，應積極監察此事的最新情況，並適時作出適當的跟進行動。為此，本人特致函  閣下，查詢  貴局是否已就上述事宜進行任何跟進。

同時，根據傳媒報道，嶺南大學持續進修學院舉辦的高等文憑課程至今仍然未能取得資歷架構中的第四級資歷水平認可，此情況與校方在招生時所提及的資料出現差異，令不少已報讀的學生均對課程的認受性感到憂慮。  貴局可否說明會否就上述情況採取任何跟進行動？

鑒於除嶺南大學兩間自資專上院校以外，過去不少自資專上院校課程均曾遭受批評，本人盼望  閣下能盡快全面檢討針對自資專上教育課程和院校的規管機制，以更有效規管自資專上課程，保障學生的合理權益。

盼望  閣下能盡快回應上述各項查詢，並採取適當的跟進行動。本人亦已答應嶺大學生的邀請，出席明天就上述事宜於嶺南大學舉行的答問大會。順祝：
