陳家洛就「水口灣土地遭違規使用」發信給離島地政專員

大嶼山水口灣違規使用土地事宜

根據傳媒報道，有原居民違規開發大嶼山水口灣附近斜坡土地，設置空調和排污設施，並放置多輛旅行車，疑正預備發展旅遊項目。傳媒報道指有關土地已限定作農業用途，且可能出現佔用官地情況。本人認為有關情況可能涉及非法發展，貴處應立即採取行動進行糾正。同時，水口灣已被列為「具特殊科學價值地點」，具有極高的自然生態價值，而非法興建的排污設施，極可能會破壞該處的自然生態，構成不可逆轉的生態損失。

為此，本人特致函  閣下，查詢  貴處是否已就上述情況採取調查和執法行動。若有，有關行動的詳情和下一步的工作計劃是甚麼？若未有任何跟進，  貴處是否已制訂相關的跟進工作計劃？

盼望  貴處盡快回應上述查詢，並採取適當的跟進行動，保育水口灣珍貴的生態環境。
