「香港巨蛋音樂節」事宜
「香港巨蛋音樂節」將於七月一日在舊啟德機場跑道舉行，惟有關音樂會的籌辦目的和過程已經引起社會的激烈討論，本人認為以徵收象徵式租金形式支持有關音樂會的政府當局應該就此項目提供更多詳細資料，以釋除社會的部份疑慮。為此，本人特致函 閣下提出下述查詢：
(一)「香港巨蛋音樂節」的主辦機構於甚麼時候向 貴局提出租用舊啟德機場跑道舉辦音樂會的要求；當時主辦機構向 貴局陳述的主辦目的是甚麼；
(二)政府當局表示以象徵式租金租出音樂會場地，當局作出有關決定的理據和租金的實際金額是多少？
(三)鑒於上述音樂會由多家大型企業贊助，主辦機構有否向 貴局表示一旦音樂會扣除必要開支後錄得盈餘，有關款項的處理方式；若有，有關的詳情是甚麼；若沒有， 貴局會否要求主辦機構作出交代；若不會，原因是甚麼？
