陳家洛就中環清潔工人更衣安排去信食環署

中環清潔工人更衣安排

 

上星期五有傳媒報道指  貴署的外判清潔工人被迫在干諾道中行車天橋底及附近的露天

地方，在眾目睽睽的情況下更換制服，即使是女工亦被迫在人前露出內衣甚至赤裸上

身。本人認為有關情況是對清潔工人的人權和尊嚴的嚴重踐踏和侮辱，完全不能接受，

令人感到極度憤怒。更令人震驚者，是  貴署拒絕借出垃圾收集站辦公室內的洗手間供

外判清潔工人更衣。

 

為此，本人特致函  閣下，表達本人對上述情況的不滿，並促請  貴署立即就上述事件

採取措施糾正上述情況，安排外判工人更衣及儲物的地方。如有關事件牽涉清潔外判承

辦商的不當行為或違反外判合約條款的情況，本人促請  貴署嚴肅處理並予以適當處

分。
