陳家洛就中聯辦介入國教事件去信教育局

中聯辦介入德育及國民教育科開展事宜

今日傳媒報道指國民教育家長關注組出版的新書中，提及一名自稱代表中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區聯絡辦公室（下稱 中聯辦）的人士曾經在九月初聯絡關注組的召集人，表示中聯辦希望與家長關注組的召集人單獨會面，就德育及國民教育科的爭議進行談判。該名自稱中聯辦代表的人士更明言特區政府和行政長官已喪失對有關議題的控制權。

本人認為若上述報道均為事實，將是對香港的高度自治的嚴重衝擊，顯明中聯辦已直接介入香港的內部事務，完全違背《基本法》的規定。本人認為必須立即彌清事實，故特致函  閣下，查詢  貴局是否知悉中聯辦曾嘗試介入處理德育及國民教育科的開展事宜及隨後的決策工作。同時，政府當局可否確定在整個政策的決策過程中，特區政府並沒有受到任何中央政府駐港機構干預。

中央駐港機構直接干預香港特區內部事務，是對《基本法》的嚴重侵犯，盼望  閣下能盡快跟進上述事宜，並作出清晰的說明和澄清。如任何垂詢，煩請與本人聯絡。順祝
