陳家洛就五洲大廈火警及規管賓館事宜去信民政事務委員會

規管賓館經營事宜

昨早北角英皇道五洲大廈發生三級火警，導致多人受傷。據悉，樓高二十四層的五洲大廈有五間持牌賓館，但有居民指出，大廈亦有其他無牌賓館，事件引起市民對在住宅大廈經營賓館的關注。為此，本人特致函 閣下，建議事務委員會就規管賓館經營事宜納入民政事務委員會會議的議程之中，並政府當局的代表出席會議及提交相關文件。
