陳家洛就全運會男子七人欖球決賽球證執法水平去信曾德成

全運會男子七人欖球決賽球證執法水平

香港男子七人欖球隊昨日在全運會男子七人欖球決賽在領先的情況下遭山東隊反勝，因而失落金牌。賽後有報道指決賽的執法球證有偏袒山東隊之嫌，於賽事末段接連判罰香港隊犯規，又一改以往作出補時的安排，於山東隊得分後立即鳴笛結束賽事。香港隊的教練及部份球員在接受傳媒訪問時表示對球證的執法感到不解和奇怪。

本人認為任何體育比賽必須以公平為大前提，絕對不能容忍任何偏袒或作弊的行為。為此，本人特致函  閣下，促請  閣下以全運會香港代表團團長的身份關注及主動了解上述事件，並促請全運會的組委會確保運動會上所有的比賽在公平的情況下進行。

盼望  閣下能盡快作出跟進，以維護香港運動員的合理權益及確保體育精神得以彰顯。
