陳家洛就區議會政改宣傳撥款事宜去信民政局

政制改革宣傳撥款事宜

昨日中西區區議會轄下的公民教育工作小組審議25萬元政制改革宣傳項目撥款事宜時，負責的區議會小組主席表示有關會議為閉門會議並驅逐在場採訪的記者，後來更召來警方把反對驅逐記者的人士，包括與會的區議員抬走。本人認為有關撥款和會議運作事宜均需要作出進一步跟進，故特致函  閣下提出下述查詢：

(一) 現時每個區議會有關政制改革宣傳撥款的審批和使用的最新進度是甚麼；請按各個別區議會提有關款項的審批進展、獲批撥款的機構資料、獲撥款項目的內容、最新推行進度及開支等。

(二) 區議會任何會議的主席是否獲賦予臨時把會議改為閉門會議的權力並驅逐公眾人士？若是，有關的理據是甚麼；若沒有，政府當局會否就上述事件進行跟進；若會，有關跟進工作的詳情是甚麼；若不會，原因是甚麼？

(三) 警方是因應甚麼理由把出席及列席區議會會議的區議員及公眾人士抬走；有關小組的主席或中西區區議會秘書處人員有沒有要求警方抬走上述人士，若有，有關的原因和理據是甚麼？
