陳家洛就城大專上學院事宜去信城大校董會主席

就城大專上學院事宜會面

本人日前於立法會會議席上向教育局局長就自資專上院校的運作及城大專上學院事宜提出質詢，教育局局長的書面回覆指 貴校曾向政府當局作出承諾，指現時城大專上院校的教職員的聘用合約僱用條款在出售院校後仍獲保留，而現時就讀於該學院的學生的資歷將維持不變等。

在此以前，本人曾與關注事件的學生和教職員會面，瞭解他們對 貴校處理城大專上學院手法和學院未來發展的保留和憂慮，有同事對校方的做法表示無奈接受，也有同事對校方管理人員向持不同意見的學生和同事施壓而反感失望。為進一步瞭解事件的最新進展，本人特致函 閣下，希望能儘快約見 閣下就上述事宜交換意見並瞭解 貴校在此議題上的考慮及安排。盼望 閣下能應邀進行會面並盡快作出安排。
