陳家洛就天秀墟檔戶續租遭拒事宜去信曾德成

天秀墟檔戶續租遭拒事宜

天水圍天秀墟五十多個租戶，分別因經營時數及日數不足，遭負責管理的東華三院拒絕續租，並限令於年初四前遷離天秀墟。本人認為現時正值歲晚，強制商戶遷離實屬不符人情之做法。同時據本人瞭解部份經營時數不足的租戶是基於生計問題導致經營時數不足，且面對天秀墟管理不善而導致的經營困難，故天秀墟的管理者應該考慮以較寬鬆的態度處理續租問題。

為此，本人特致函  閣下，促請  貴局盡快介入作出協調，促使東華三院酌情重新考慮被拒續租的商戶的申請，並考慮放寬被拒續租商戶的搬遷期。盼望  貴局能盡快作出跟進，並因應天秀墟的運作狀況檢討整個墟市政策。如有任何垂詢，煩請電2521 6292與本人聯絡！謝謝！
