陳家洛就有關十．一海難提休會辯論

政府回應有欠誠意
繼續辯論促制訂具體措施

本人於十月三日已致函立法會秘書長要求就南丫島海難動議休會待續辯論，惟當時立法會主席仍未產生而不能跟進。故此本人再於十月九日致函秘書長，要求他向內務委員會主席傳達動議休會待續議案的建議。

鑒於今天下午立法會內務委員會舉行特別會議，由政務司司長及其他相關的政府官員簡介海難的最新跟進情況及回應各議員的質詢，本人遂計劃先聽取政府當局的回應，才決定是否繼續動議該議案。可是，政府當局的回應明顯未能圓滿解答議員提出的疑問，更未能說明政府當局將採取甚麼具體的措施，回應市民對加強海上安全的訴求。故此，本人認為必須繼續在十月十七日的立法會會議上，動議休會待續議案。

本人期望能夠透過該休會待續議案的辯論，向政府發出一個清晰的訊息，就是當局必須立即制訂具體的措施，加強對船隻安全設施的監察及提升對船隻乘客的保障。本人盼望政府當局在有關辯論中，能夠作出更具體的回應和承諾。
