陳家洛就海怡半島火警去信消防處

海怡半島第十座火警事宜

海怡半島第十座今晨發生四級火警，造成四人受傷。  貴處發言人表示肇事樓層的消防
栓出現水壓問題，導致灌救出現困難。有居民亦表示消防車在事發一段時間後才抵達起
火大廈附近的位置。為進一步瞭解 貴處就此宗火警的跟進工作，本人特致函  閣下提
出下述查詢：

(一)       貴處可否說明就火警起因的調查的最新進展是甚麼；除進行火警起因調查
外，  貴處會否就上述火警進行其他跟進工作；若會，有關的詳情是甚麼；若不會，原
因是甚麼；

(二)    鑒於事發大廈的消防栓可能出現問題，  貴署可否提供由屋苑管理處呈交貴
處，確定有關消防栓最近一次進行檢驗的確認運作正常的資料文件；  貴處會否因應上
述火警，立即就海怡半島各樓宇的消防設施進行檢查；若會，有關的詳情是甚麼；若不
會，原因是甚麼？

就今次的火警事件，本人將於下周一晚上於海怡半島召開居民大會，現誠邀  閣下或貴
處的代表出席與居民會面並回應他們的查詢。盼望  閣下能盡快回應上述查詢。如有任
