陳家洛就現代書院學生集體作弊事件去信教育局

吳局長  ：

現代書院學生集體作弊事件

根據傳媒報道，現代書院有二十三名應屆香港中學文憑考試的學生，於中文科校本評核部份中涉嫌抄襲，被考評局裁定作弊而取消該科成績。本人認為是次事件相當嚴重，現代書院有關教師甚至校方本身，可能牽涉縱容學生作弊的情況。本人認為涉事校方和教師絕對有能力，亦有責任阻止上述情況發生，惟該校並沒有履行其應盡之責任。

現代書院為向  貴局註冊的教育機構，  貴局就上述事件理應作出積極的跟進，研究有關學校是否已經違反註冊規定。為此，本人特致函  閣下，建議  貴局就上述事件進行積極的調查和跟進，以確定上述學校是否存在系統性縱容學生作弊的情況，並按調查結果作出適當跟進，包括任何形式的紀律行動。
