陳家洛就發展商分拆酒店房間出售事宜去信發展事務委員會

發展商分拆酒店房間出售事宜

今天傳媒大篇幅報道，指有地產發展商把旗下酒店的房間分拆出售，供買家作住宅用途，該發展商更在銷售宣傳資料中列明買家和日後的買賣將不需繳納特別印花稅及買家印花稅。傳媒報道指多個政府部門已展開調查，研究有關做法有否涉及違規情況，直接影響政府壓抑樓價的措施。本人認為事務委員會應盡快跟進此事。

為此，本人特致函  閣下，建議事務委員會於2013年2月26日的發展事務委員會會議加入有關議程進行討論。本人亦建議委員會邀請相關的政府官員出席會議，交代相關的政策及就上述個案的最新跟進情況。
