陳家洛就訂立中國人民抗日戰爭勝利紀念日去信梁振英

行政長官：

 訂立中國人民抗日戰爭勝利紀念日及
南京大屠殺死難者國家公祭日事宜

特區政府昨日發出新聞稿，表示會因應全國人大常委會年初的決定，跟隨中央政府把九月三日及十二月十三日分別訂為中國人民抗日戰爭勝利紀念日及南京大屠殺死難者國家公祭日。鑒於特區政府過去未有類似因應人大常委決定而訂立特別紀念日的安排，本人認為特區政府有需要就是次決作出更詳細的說明及解釋有關決定的理據。

為此，本人特致函  閣下查詢訂立上述兩個紀念日的具體決策過程，以及特區政府在上述兩個紀念日計劃進行的官方紀念儀式的詳情、規格、禮序和作出這些計劃的理據。

鑒於不少輿論都對訂立有關紀念日存在疑問，盼望  閣下能盡快回應上述查詢。如有任何垂詢，煩請與本人聯絡。
