陳家洛就香港藝術發展局藝術範疇代表選民登記事宜去信民政局

香港藝術發展局藝術範疇代表選民登記事宜

有傳媒報道指一名本地音樂人嘗試透過其音樂製作公司，申請成為香港藝術發展局藝術範疇代表的選民，惟有關申請遭到政府當局拒絕。政府當局指因該音樂製作公司的章程並沒有推動香港藝術發展的內容，因而拒絕選民登記申請。本人認為此情況反映政府當局的官僚作風，無視申請選民資格的團體的日常運作詳情和工作成果與價值，令人完全不能接受。

本人一直認為現時香港藝術發展局藝術範疇代表的選民登記資格極待完善。舉例而言，於香港的大學修讀音樂的畢業生可以成為該範疇代表的選民，但於海外修讀音樂的學位課程畢業生則不能登記。現行制度亦不包括與各藝術範疇相關課程的副學士及文憑畢業生及學生。本人認為此情況並非香港藝術界之福。

為此，本人特致函  閣下並  貴局立即跟進上述情況，作出適當的檢討和糾正。盼望  閣下能盡快作出回應，並認真跟進，作出完善。如有任何垂詢，煩請電2521 6292與本人聯絡。順祝
