陳家洛新聞稿：漠視城規程序　呼籲民意表達　要求開放解放軍碼頭用地

本人今午聯同中環海濱關注組於添馬公園近中環新海濱召開記者會，要求政府當局開放現屬公共休憩用地的中區解放軍碼頭用地予公眾使用，亦呼籲曾表達關注解放軍碼頭用地事宜的市民向城市規劃委員會要求於審議解放軍碼頭用地規劃時發言。本人亦要求城市規劃委員會的委員尊重民意，不能只考慮政府一面之詞，倉卒批准解放軍碼頭用地作為軍事用地的規劃許可。本人認為：

1. 政府當局早已完成中區解放軍碼頭的所有工程，應按照該土地現時公共休憩空間的規劃用途開放予市民使用，若政府堅拒開放有關用地，等同不尊重現行的城規制度；

2. 政府當局動用公帑興建中環新海濱的海濱長廊，中環海濱應是屬於全體香港市民，政府當局不應該把超過三萬平方呎的土地「割讓」予解放軍駐港部隊；

3. 城市規劃委員會不應與政府「官官相護」，應該仔細聽取民意，才決定是否批准修訂解放軍碼頭用地的規劃。
