陳家洛查詢有關電子表決系統故障事宜

電子表決系統故障事宜

新一屆立法會會期開展後，立法會的電子表決系統最少已發生兩次故障，其中一次發生在十一月二日的內務委員會會議，最近一次發生在十一月九日的財務委員會會議，把本人的贊成票顯示為棄權票，本人已即時向財委會主席提出。本人認為有關系統故障一再發生，將使立法會的議事程序出現問題。為此，本人特致函
閣下建議委員會就上述事宜進行討論。同時，本人亦建議立法會秘書處立即檢查立法會綜合大樓內各會議場地的表決系統，避免故障情況再次發生。

表決系統故障，可能會對很多重要法案和社會政策審議構成影響。盼望  閣下能盡快回應本人的建議，並安排於行政管理委員會跟進。如有任何垂詢，煩請隨時與本人聯絡。順祝
