陳家洛查詢行政會議成員林奮強先生休假事

行政長官 ：

行政會議成員林奮強先生休假事宜

雖然  閣下已經接納行政會議（下稱「行會」）成員林奮強先生的休假申請，林先生亦已暫停出席行會會議以及接收行會文件，但是林先生在休假期間的身份和相關安排已經引起社會關注及疑慮。為此，本人特致函  閣下提出下述查詢：

(一) 林奮強先生是以甚麼理由向  閣下申請休假，其獲批准的休假時段是甚麼？  閣下是基於甚麼理據及條件批准林先生在此時段之休假？

(二) 若林先生的休假性質屬無限期休假，其銷假重新履行行會成員職責的安排是甚麼？過去曾否出現行政會議成員無限期休假的情況？若有，有關的具體詳情是甚麼？

(三) 林先生在休假期間，是否可以繼續獲發行會成員的酬金、查詢行會的會議和討論文件的詳情、與其他行會成員討論行會會議或政策、使用行會秘書處的服務以及以行會成員的身份出席公開活動？若全部均可或部份可以，有關的詳情和理據是甚麼？
