陳家洛查詢郊野公園不包括土地及白沙澳事宜

陳局長 ：

郊野公園不包括土地事宜

根據傳媒報道，屬五十四幅郊野公園不包括土地之一的西貢白沙澳，大幅淡水濕地遭人破壞。事後發現，白沙澳仍然未被納入法定圖則。同時，傳媒報道指五十四幅郊野公園不包括土地中，仍有三十三幅尚未被納入任何法定圖則。

政府當局早於二零一零年已決定把五十四幅郊野公園不包括土地全數納入法定圖則，惟有關工作進展至今並不理想。為此，本人特致函  閣下，要求  貴局盡快把餘下的郊野公園不包括土地盡快納入法定圖則，並提供具體的工作時間表。同時，政府當局應說明根據甚麼準則決定把各幅土地納入法定圖則的先後次序，並說明該等準則會如何應用在餘下的三十三幅不包括土地之上。

盼望  貴局能盡快作出回應及適切的跟進，並公開更多相關的資料，以避免再有未被納入法定圖則的土地再遭到破壞，造成生態環境不可逆轉的影響。如有任何垂詢，煩請與本人聯絡。順祝：
