陳家洛要求即時檢討政治問責官員申報制度

要求即時檢討政治問責官員申報制度

繼發展局局長陳茂波被揭發在新界東北發展區內囤地後，發展局政治助理何建宗亦被揭
發在上任前一個月把持有的新界東北土地利益轉移給其家人，促使自己毋須申報新界東
北土地權益。根據傳媒報道，何是把權益轉移其母，本人認為何涉及的利益衝突與陳茂
波相似，應該詳細向公眾交代。本人認為何建宗應立即公開所有相關的資料，並親身回
應相關的查詢，讓公眾釋疑。政府當局亦應就何的情況是否符合利益申報的機制和是否
存在利益衝突作出調查。

另一方面，短期內先後已有兩位政治問責官員被揭發涉及嚴重的利益衝突，顯明現時針
對政治問責官員的利益申報制度存在漏洞。本人早前已經去信行政長官，要求行政長官
聯同政務司司長及政制及內地事務局局長立即檢討政治問責官員的利益申報機制。本人
在此再次敦促政府立即回應本人的建議。
