陳家洛要求盡快立例規管骨灰龕場

龕場上訴遭駁回  消費權益現隱憂
要求盡快立例規管骨灰龕場

譽滿國際就經營的私營骨灰龕場明月山被指違反土地契約條款申請司法覆核，並上訴至上訴法院且遭駁回。譽滿國際遂向上訴法院申請上訴許可，準備向終審法院提出上訴。今天，上訴法院駁回有關上訴許可申請。雖然譽滿國際仍然可以直接向終審法院申請上訴許可，事件仍未終結，惟本人認為事件已令消費者感到憂慮，建議政府當局立即作出跟進，並加快規管私營骨灰龕場的立法工作。本人認為：

1. 政府當局必須立即跟進明月山的個案，制訂具體的應對措施，預備譽滿國際一旦敗訴，將如何處理涉及違規的地段，龕場內先人骨灰的處理，以及已購買龕位的消費者的善後問題；

2. 鑒於現時不少可能涉及違規經營的私營骨灰龕場仍然繼續運作，政府當局必須繼續進行公眾教育工作，教導消費者在購買骨灰龕位時，保障自己的應有權益；

3. 政府當局必須加快規管私營骨灰龕場的立法工作，就法例的具體條文進行公眾諮詢，並公佈具體的立法工作計劃和時間表。
