陳家洛譴責政府 侮辱專業 漠視民意 強行開展工程龍尾泳灘

行政長官會同行政會議已決定不會吊銷、更改或取消龍尾泳灘工程的環境許可證，土木工程拓展署亦已於今天批出有關工程的合約。本人認為政府當局的決定反映政府當局並沒有認真考慮較早前漁農自然護理署就龍尾的生態狀況提出的意見，更沒有正視反對龍尾興建泳灘的民意，實屬侮辱漁護署專家的專業和漠視民意之舉。

政府當局在被定為「世界環境日」的今天作出毁滅龍尾的生態的決定，完全是對香港的環境保護的最大諷刺。同時，《生物多樣性公約》已在香港實施，政府當局實在應該履行國際公約的責任，而龍尾事件將無可避免地成為國際間的笑話，影響香港的形象。

為此，本人在此嚴正譴責政府當局的決定，並要求政府當局詳細交代未有重新考慮龍尾泳灘項目環境許可證的理據，並在釐清有關理據之前停止開展龍尾泳灘的任何工程。
