陳家洛譴責保安局局長誤導公眾 罔顧城規程序 漠視公眾意見

保安局局長今天在立法會會議席上回應議員的口頭質詢時，表示中環解放軍碼頭屬現時的軍事用地。此論述顯然與事實不符，解放軍碼頭的0.3公頃用地現時仍然屬公眾休憩空間，城市規劃委員會亦將於下月才開始審議該土地改劃為軍事用地的建議，目前有近二萬名巿民強烈表達反對的意見。本人認為保安局局長在徵詢發展局意見後仍然作出上述回覆，顯示保安局和發展局均毫不尊重城規程序和一眾市民提出的反對意見，玩弄巿民。對此，本人認為保安局及發展局在事件中應予讉責，並鼓勵巿民好好把握下月城規會的公聽會機會，發言爭取保留中環海濱休憩用地的完整性。

本人會在立法會保安及發展事務委員會繼續跟進解放軍用地事宜，以及《駐軍法》在香港執行的具體情況。本人亦要求發展局及保安局必須立即作出澄清，作出糾正，並再一次要求政府當局按目前的法例，立即開放碼頭用地予公眾使用，還市民完整的中環海濱。
