陳家洛赴市建局表達商戶訴求 以人為本推重建 繼續爭延搬遷

市區重建局於9月23日突然向受H18重建項目影響的中環嘉咸街及卑利街的商戶發出信件，要求一眾商戶於本年12月31日前遷出。受影響商戶大部份認為僅三個月的時間根本未能安排搬遷，影響中西區巿民的生活，故不同意市建局的要求，要求市建局能延後遷出商舖的限期。部份商戶尋求本人協助，會面期間本人知悉發展局曾於2010年6月回覆巿民及關注組織查詢時，指商戶可經營至一幢兩層高的巿場落成。

本人獲商戶授權發起一項聯署行動，動員商戶簽署請願信向市建局表達訴求。本人今早帶同逾二十名商戶簽署的請願函件前往市建局總辦事處，並獲市建局代表接收所有請願信。

市建局的代表更已答應本人，於10月15日晚上安排一次會議，讓市建局與商戶就搬遷安排進行討論。本人期望上述得來不易的交流機會，有助解決市建局與商戶之間的分歧。

本人將繼續本著以人為本的概念處理與市區重建相關的議題，並密切關注H18項目的最新進展，確保所有受影響的商戶均獲得公平合理的搬遷安排。
