陳家洛 歡迎審計署正視演藝學院管治 要求民政局積極跟進

今天審計署署長發表《第六十六號報告書》，當中一個章節提及香港演藝學院的監察和管治問題，並說明審計署的意見和建議。對此本人表示歡迎，亦希望香港演藝學院方面可以積極回應這些意見和建議，一如本地所有高等院校，不時檢討管治機制，提升校政的水平和透明度。同時，本人促請民政事務局在確保院校自主的前提下，主動了解及回應審計署的報告。

香港演藝學院既非由教育局，亦非由大學教育資助委員會監管的高等院校。過去民政事務局在這方面的工作明顯有改善的地方，本人曾接獲不少演藝師生及校友對院校提出的建議和投訴，但民政局方面一直未見能對此作出積極及有效的討論。

本人認為演藝學院及民政事務局應把握今次回應審計報告的機會，檢視及完善今次審計報告觸及的學院管治、行政和收生制度，較早前本人亦已主動提出約見民政事務局局長，就包括「去國立」事件及香港演藝學院管治在內的民政事務議題交換意見，期望屆時政府當局能夠提出更具體的回應和跟進行動。
