陳帆拒絕出席論壇 拒絕回應查詢 陳淑莊斥局長態度囂張傲慢

繼昨天明言拒絕出席「一地兩檢關注組」研討會後，運房局局長陳帆先生今天回覆公民黨陳淑莊議員，由於需要等待與內地當局商討結果，一律不能回應高鐵香港段的營運細節。
陳淑莊強烈譴責陳帆的態度囂張傲慢，自政府推出「一地兩檢」方案以來，他只出席了兩次立法會會議，仍未向公眾完整解釋高鐵香港段的營運細節，只不斷吹捧政府「一地兩檢」方案的成效。就此，陳淑莊於8月14日致函陳帆，提出九項查詢，局長於8月22日回信指正在處理提問，但拖延至今才拒絕回應，直到與內地商討有結果為止。
較早前陳淑莊已就高鐵的服務經營權協議、效益及乘客量估算，要求運房局局長提供2017年最新數據，但局長只將早已公開的2015年估算搬字過紙，敷衍了事。局長拒絕出席民間研討會及回應議員提問，正正反映運房局局長採取「拖字訣」策略，令社會缺乏討論各項出入境方案的關鍵資料，直至高鐵西九龍總站割地「三步走」完成為止。
