陳淑莊促盡快立法規管一手樓銷售

西半山干德道38號The Icon業主收樓時發現貨不對辦，引起了社會對一手樓銷售規管機制的關注。為此，公民黨立法會議員陳淑莊今午召開記者會，表達對立法規管一手樓銷售的強烈意見，並邀請黃鶴鳴律師出席說明The Icon事件中相關的法律問題，以及The Icon業主李先生分享其個人的遭遇及最新的情況。

另一方面，陳淑莊亦已就上述事件去函運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺女士，要求鄭局長詳細跟進The Icon事件，並加快立法規管一手樓銷售的政策研究工作，並盡快把相關的條例草案呈交立法會審議，以更好地保障小業主的權益。

同時，陳淑莊亦已去函The Icon的發展商榮豐國際有限公司的主席兼董事總經理鍾斌銓先生，要求鍾先生交代上述事宜的跟進情況，以及澄清社會各界對上述物業銷售過程中提出的質疑。

陳淑莊將繼續跟進此事，並處理已向其求助的The Icon業主的個案。她期望政府當局能盡快立法，並在立法前的真空期採取適當措施，監管一手樓銷，以免小業主的權益在法例真空期受損。
