陳淑莊聯合國就香港人權狀況發言

今日反送中運動踏入第一百日，公民黨立法會議員陳淑莊在聯合國人權理事會發言，控訴自六月反送中運動以來，香港警察的暴行不斷升級，由打壓示威及言論自由，到無差別施襲，散播仇恨言論，以至侵害被捕者和市民大眾的基本人權及尊嚴。

陳淑莊指香港正陷於人道危機邊緣，至今沒有任何跡象顯示警方會收斂克制，認為這正是香港缺乏民主所結的惡果，因為香港政府毋須為警方的濫權、濫暴問責。她反問中國憑甚麼還可以繼續當聯合國人權理事會的成員國，呼籲人權理事會召開緊急會議及成立調查委員會，維護香港人的公義及人權。

陳淑莊今次是應非政府組織「聯合國觀察」（UN Watch）邀請，參加聯合國第42次會議一般性辯論環節，代表該組織作簡短發言。
