陳茂波涉欺騙議會 公民黨呼籲市民上街

呼籲上街促陳茂波下台

發展局局長陳茂波於2012年11月14日的立法會會議中就「對發展局局長及教育局局長投不信任票」的動議辯論發言時，在會議席上明言：「景捷公司在一九九四年成立，我在成立之初曾出任董事，直至一九九七年十月辭任，我從來沒有持有景捷公司的股份。我太太透過海外公司持有該公司部分股份，但沒有控制性股權，公司名下物業的租務事宜由她的另一家族股東打理。」但今天有傳媒揭發當時許步明個人持有景捷67.5%股權，明顯是控制性股權。

本人認為陳局長已觸犯《立法會權力及特權條例》第18條，涉嫌向立法會提供失實資料。為此，公民黨將積極考慮動議根據《立法會權力及特權條例》下的權力成立委員會就此事作出調查，並向陳茂波局長提出不信任議案。公民黨亦呼籲市民於本周日參與由民間人權陣線發起的遊行，促請陳茂波下台。
