雙學三子案終極判決 公民抗命成本勢增加

終審法院今日（2月6日）就雙學三子公民廣場案頒下刑期上訴結果，三子最終上訴得直，公民黨黨魁楊岳橋對結果表示歡迎。

然而，楊岳橋認為判決並無令民主運動的前路更光明。他關注到終審法院認同上訴庭所訂立的新判刑指引，日後的公民抗命涉及暴力元素時，法庭就會參考上訴庭新訂立的判刑指引。他認為，此舉令市民將來發起公民抗命時，選擇會更少，每一個行動都需要更加步步為營，令抗爭成本增加，抗命更難以達到目的。對此，他感到極度憂慮。

楊岳橋又認為，公民廣場案是源於當日青年學生及香港市民爭取真普選的抗爭運動，縱使今日三子上訴得直，但香港爭取真普選的路仍然是挑戰重重，中央及特區政府必須聆聽民意，社會的矛盾才有機會真正獲得化解。
