領匯吸血鬼，政府無作為！市民只能繼續受苦！

就領匯租金與偏遠地區基層市民生活負擔的問題，今日公民黨立法會議員郭家麒於立法會會議上向運輸及房屋局局長提出口頭質詢。但局長沒有正面回應如何協助偏遠地區基層市民，顯示政府無力處理領匯霸權問題。

根據局長提供的統計數字顯示，現時居於天水圍、東涌兩個地區公屋市民的收入中位數，低於全港公屋市民收入中位數接近三成，更有不少當區家庭依靠綜援及公共福利金。但天水圍及東涌居民的食品開支，卻分別佔總開支三成一及兩成五之多。歸根究底，領匯街市及熟食檔位的租金，比食環署管轄的街市及熟食檔位高出超過兩倍，實在不能接受！

局長在回覆質詢時，表示政府無能力干預領匯加租，但又沒有提供任何措施協助當區居民，反映政府沒有決心解決問題。局長表示新建屋邨的商場由政府直接管轄，但已經出售的公屋商場將繼續由領匯管理；這代表現時正受領匯壓迫的市民，特別是天水圍及東涌的市民，只能繼續受苦！

就此，公民黨表示極度遺憾，我們會繼續爭取政府在偏遠地區興建市政大廈及熟食市場。
