食環執法欠公義 要求撤控朱婆婆

75歲的朱婆婆因將拾荒紙皮交予菲傭時獲給予一元，即被食環署票控她阻街及無牌販賣，被拘捕到警署後，警方明知她身上只有三十四元，竟收取保釋金三十元，令她剩下四元搭車回家。整件事情中警方、食環署的做法不僅有違公義，更不符人情、人道。

公民黨於周末發起網上聯署，兩日內已有約1.4萬人聯署，今早公民黨東區區議員黎志強聯同立法會議員楊岳橋、譚文豪及一眾公民黨區議員到食環署總部遞交請願信（見附件），要求撤銷對朱婆婆的檢控，向朱婆婆鄭重道歉並向她退還被充公的手推車及紙皮。食環署亦必須釐清現時小販管理政策，提供清
