馬時亨發表「噪音論」 陳淑莊斥他目中無人

港鐵主席馬時亨在今日播出的Now TV專訪中，將外界對高鐵西九站「一地兩檢」政府方案的批評形容為「噪音」。
「一地兩檢」關注組召集人、公民黨立法會議員陳淑莊反駁馬時亨，指出現時對「一地兩檢」有質疑並提出反建議的民間多方聲音，有關注組、法律學者、經濟學者、香港大律師公會不敢披露的轄下小組意見書等等，都是實事求是，以事論事，不想香港因小失大，為區區「交通便捷」便犧牲一國兩制。
陳淑莊批評，馬時亨曾任政府官員，現時又身居港鐵主席要職，竟指市民的「聲音」是「噪音」，是極不尊重民意，而且極不負責。她又指出，高鐵香港段造價超過８００億元，資金來自公帑，而且香港政府是港鐵大股東，港鐵只是高鐵的營運者，馬時亨卻形容納稅人的意見為「噪音」，與運輸及房屋局局長陳帆拒絕出席座談會聆訊其他意見的姿態無異，目中無人，做法令人難以接受，要求馬時亨作出檢討。
陳淑莊又稱，關注組正探討高鐵香港段的出入境問題，大前提是捍衛《基本法》與一國兩制。關注組將於本周日(9月24日)舉行內部商討日，即日投票選出一個替代方案，向香港市民推薦。
