高鐵工程糊塗帳 香港市民齊遭殃

根據今日傳媒報道，2010年立法會通過669億元撥款的廣深港高速鐵路香港段，建築工程最少延期一年，加上工程超支已達12%，引起廣泛討論。如報道內容屬實，反映當年政府漠視社會及立法會議員對工程的疑慮，強行通過撥款，種下禍根，公民黨深表遺憾。
高鐵工程更直接影響石崗菜園村、元朗牛潭尾及大角咀區居民，他們被逼離開家園、影響生計及樓宇結構受損。但港鐵公司及政府仍未妥善處理相關問題，在社區造成難以復原的創傷。
根據時任運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺女士提供的資料，若高鐵通車延誤一天，香港將蒙受500萬元經濟損失，同時面臨被邊緣化的困境，可見高鐵工程延期影響巨大。政府相關官員及港鐵必須立即澄清，逐點解釋報導內容，以釋公眾疑慮：
