高鐵水浸 路軌失控 港鐵立即交待故障數字

就8月19日紅色暴雨下，接連有多名消息人士向立法會議員譚文豪透露高鐵石崗車廠的消息。今日再有吹哨者向譚文豪提供當日水浸相片，並指出八鄉到石崗路段負責轉換路軌的路軌轉轍器（Point Machine）在暴雨中被浸壞，需要即時更換。

從相片中可見，銀白色正方型的部件即為路軌轉轍器，部件內有電動摩打，可以操控路軌改道。當日因為去水設計缺憾造成嚴重水浸，路軌轉轍器損壞，令控制室無法控制列車改道。

當日絕非百年一遇的大豪雨，甚至不是颱風天，而是香港每年都有、一般暴雨連連的日子。高鐵的原設計竟然連紅色暴雨的考驗都無法通過，明顯是重大缺失。試想高鐵通車後，路軌轉轍器因下雨故障，列車駛向錯誤方向，其後果可能不堪設想！

一場紅色暴雨，證明了高鐵去水設計缺憾，加上部件如此「脆弱」，但港鐵依然強辯積水、倒灌都不影響高鐵的通車日期。陳帆局長今日多次在立法會宣稱「不安全，不通車」，局長是否繼續選擇「相信」百般錯漏的港鐵，強行擔保高鐵如期通車？

譚文豪認為港鐵有必要向公眾交待有多少部件因為今次紅色暴雨而損壞及所牽涉的維修金額，亦應立即解釋高鐵去水結構問題並盡快進行改善工程。
