Boxing Day「街頭兵團聖誕音樂會」

街頭音樂人組成「街頭兵團」，趁Boxing Day於西洋菜南街舉行聖誕音樂會，實行以樂會友，與眾同樂！

今天共有四隊樂隊表演，包括SMS、EBM、雄樂館及悠悠樂風。他們希望透過鼓勵表演者自律，促請政府制定音量限制供他們遵從，並保留行人專用區，於距離民居較遠的地方劃出表演區，供街頭表演者優先使用。

陳家洛立法會議員亦有到場支持。他表示，希望透過表演者自律，及與持份者充份溝通，能達至菜街居民、商戶、道路使用者及街頭表演者都滿意及受益的多贏局面。公民黨會繼續向政府爭取，保留行人專區。他相信，行人專區變回馬路所帶來的行車嘈音及空氣污染問題，非當區區民所想見到的。

青年公民主席梁穎敏表示，街頭表演者說要自律，絕非空口講白話。他們一直自備分貝機，務求控制音量在合理水平。以今次音樂會為例，她與義工全程於對街監測分貝。表演開始前，街道本身約為74分貝；表演開始後則平均維持在80分貝左右。

至今音樂會過程順暢，不單音量受控，平均若有200名觀眾圍觀，其餘路人亦能通行無阻，沒有出現擁擠情況。
