JAPAN LIFE 投資騙局苦主大會 公民黨積極跟進

公民黨召開苦主大會　積極跟進JAPAN LIFE投資騙局

公民黨區議員余德寶接獲210位苦主求助，他們在香港向日本公司Japan Life Company Limited投資「健康產品」後，公司停止運作，苦主血本無歸。目前為止，苦主的損失金額合共已超過2億港元。

立法會議員譚文豪與區議員余德寶於星期六（3月3日）就JAPAN LIFE投資騙局，召開苦主大會。逾百位苦主參與會議。他們決定去信並約見政務司司長張建宗，反映上述事件。會上亦選出4名苦主代表，積極考慮組成律師團隊，以作進一步法律行動。苦主代表亦計劃前往日本跟進事件，聯絡當地就事件組成的律師團、苦主團體及當地政府機構。

公民黨繼2月9日召開記者會向公眾交代事件後，亦已協助苦主向相關部門求助。目前為止，警方商業罪調查科、及證券及期貨事務監察委員會正跟進事件。

立法會議員譚文豪與區議員余德寶會繼續跟進，全力協助苦主。他們呼籲，曾投資該公司的市民可致電公民黨「苦主熱線」（電話9316-9527）。
