「就教師工作委員會總結報告」意見書

面對教育改革如校本評核、自評外評、全港性系統評估，以及縮班殺校所帶來的壓力，香港老師需花費不少時間在非課堂工作上。按過去政府和教育團體所提供的研究數據顯示，香港教師雖然每周平均工時63小時，超過英國中小學教師的31.2至31.6小時，和美國中小學教師的19-22小時，但他們花在教學上的時間，卻遠遠比英美教師少。
