公民黨「研究最低工資附屬法例」的意見書

最先，公民黨對臨時最低工資委員會在制訂最低工資水平時，完全背離了最低工資普世價值的觀念，感到非常遺憾。法定最低工資應足以支付工人及其家庭的基本需要，而在香港更不應低於綜合社會保障援助（綜援）金額的水平， 以鼓勵就業和讓在職人士獲得有尊嚴的工作回報。
