公民黨動物權益關注組就「流浪狗隻的“捕捉、絕育、放回” 試驗計劃及處理動物個案」立場書

公民黨動物權益關注組自成立以來，一直致力爭取要求政府全面推行為流浪狗隻的「捕捉、絕育、防疫、放回」 (TNVR) 計劃，以代替極不人道的「人道毀滅」 方法來處理流浪動物問題。我們在此議題上的立場，是堅定不移的。
